Upon meeting Jack (owner) and speaking with him about our basement project he said he would have someone contact us. Within the next business day, Tom Knouff reached out to us and made an appt. It was a pleasure working with Tom. When the project started the contractor was prompt and working much faster than we anticipated which was awesome. Both Tom and Jack were always available to answer questions. Jason the sub was extremely efficient and wasted no time. Any concerns my wife or I had were always addressed promptly. The basement turned out beautifully. I opted to paint the room myself which is quite a task. Thank you to Jack, Tom, and Jason!
